Ryan Garcia Knocked Out by Gervonta Davis in Seventh Round

In a highly-anticipated battle of undefeated superstars, Gervonta "Tank" Davis landed a vicious body shot to knock out Ryan Garcia in the seventh round of their non-title catchweight bout at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Garcia, who entered the ring with a perfect record of 23-0 (19 KOs), started the fight aggressively but was unable to land any significant blows. Davis, meanwhile, patiently waited for his opportunity and struck with precision in the seventh round.
With just over a minute remaining in the round, Davis unleashed a devastating left hook to Garcia's liver. Garcia immediately doubled over in pain and dropped to one knee. The referee called a halt to the fight at 2:32 of the seventh round, giving Davis the victory by technical knockout (TKO).
